We're creating healthy lives through Yoga
Yoga is a dynamic practice -it's challenging and fun. Anybody can
practice yoga at any age. While some poses are more challenging than
others, yoga can be done sitting in a chair or doing a full practice on the
mat. We tailor our programs to meet the needs of the group, as well as
providing attention to the individual.
The practice of yoga, including breathing and meditation, can provide
lasting skills to increase strength and flexibility of the mind, body and
spirit.

Yoga Strong Foundation
Mission:
The Yoga Strong Foundation promotes health
and wellness by providing the tools and skills to
empower individuals who are facing adversity
through the practice of yoga.
Vision:
Creating a community where people at any age, children, teens,
adults, or senior citizens who are facing adversity, living with
disease, struggling financially, or facing any type of life challenge,
can access a yoga practice that is therapeutic for their minds,
bodies and hearts. Health is a state of physical, mental, and
social well-being, not merely the absence of disease. The Yoga
Strong Foundation’s mission is to bridge the gap between
suffering and empowerment.
Yoga Strong Foundation filed for 501(c)3 nonprofit organization status. Approval pending
