To provide much needed R&R for the returning Troops,
Veterans and their families.
We can’t imagine what it is like to be a soldier at war. What we do know
however is that it is difficult to come back to regular life. We want to
help by giving you the tools that can make the transition less
challenging for you and your family. Our event will teach breathing
techniques and physical exercises that can be used anywhere at any
time to enhance the quality of your life. Whether you are an active
soldier, veteran or family member; this workshop will give you practical
tools to tap into the calmness within you and deal with what life throws
your way. The day promises to be informal, energizing and fun.
Spouses and children are welcomed as well.
***YSF will have separate rooms for different groups (age, ability,
preferences) according to needs expressed in registration***
